The goal is to provide an all-inclusive suite of personalized services for a small monthly subscription that allows Organizations and Talent to reach higher and farther at a fraction of the cost of traditional industry consulting firms. The company is guided by an Advisory Board of eight cross functional professionals who provide leadership and insights into best practices and trends.

Mike has held C-Suite and Executive positions with a number of global organizations. An award winning strategic marketer, he has written more than 75 articles on Talent and Career Management. Today, Mike has 50,000 followers across his social media platforms and is known as a premier brand building and marketing strategist to the multimedia star.
Dedicated to giving back, Mike formed The MBAR Group in 2009 with the intent of providing pro bono career and business consulting services to underprivileged and underserved markets. Today as Founder of TalentBlvd, he personally coaches a number of high profile international media personalities as well as holding advisory board positions guiding a number of multimedia and small business startups.
