Great Careers Take Courage, Not Ego!

Great careers are defined by courage, not ego. When you are trying to successfully navigate during difficult times, the best next step might be reinvention and that takes emotional intelligence, grit/perseverance, and courage.
There can be times when you just need clean air because of uncontrollable circumstances at a local or business unit level. Moving out from what is holding you back can be like being born again
Many times another lane is moving faster than the one you are in. It might be technology or industry disruption or structure. Some organizations have more resource and opportunity because of strategic importance. It can also be about greater visibility or market position.
Today I wanted to feature three women that define professional courage in my book; Ana Patricia Candiani, Rochelle Metzger, and Heather Mills. They are insanely talented and have chosen to embrace change as an opportunity. They are BOSS. You can find them on www.talentblvd.com "Meet the Talent"
Heather Mills is rep'd by Dana Adams of Adams Broadcast Consulting
Rochelle Metzger is rep'd by Betsy Mueller (301) 807-1993
