We're growing together!

In 2022, we saw 370 new media talent registrations on the site. There were 136 new hiring managers, recruiters, and agents registering on the platform.

More than 75 TalentBlvd.com profiled media professionals accepted and started new jobs over the course of 2022. They found these roles either connecting directly with hiring managers, with the assistance of an agent, or through direct placements, features, or introductions from TalentBlvd. (list sent under separate cover)

Two Client Advisory Boards were launched in 2022

There was a Board dedicated to Media Talent and another composed of News Directors and Recruiters.

The Boards met 6 times over the course of the year and we featured three different prominent industry guest speakers. Speakers included; Princell Hair (BNC), Laurie Orlando (CBS News), and Sharri Berg (Fox TV Stations and Fox Weather).

Site Developments

Many new features and filters were added to talent profiles in 2022 as a result of listening to our Advisory Boards. These include:

Additional job titles included freelancers, correspondents, voice over artists, editors, play-by-play broadcasters, photographers, talent acquisition/recruiters, and sales functions.
Added mobile phone numbers to enable quick ‘click to text’ capability.
Agent representation field has been added, as well as the ability to filter by agent or no agent.
Personal Favorite folder feature so hiring professionals can create a talent bench of rising stars.
New User sorting. Search the news talent profiles with one click, first in chronological order.
Feedback memos for each talent profile.
Last updated profile field, this is our profile ‘freshness’ feature.

Subscription volume was up 132.4% year over year.
Churn rate of subscribers finishes 2022 at an all time low, 5.04%
There are 1,345 active monthly users, 26,000 sessions, 38,000 page/profile views.
Direct traffic accounts for 51% of visits and LinkedIn is 63% of all social media traffic.
Between Mike McNamara and TalentBlvd social profiles, the company has 50,000 industry followers and connections.
